Bottom right is the new pattern next to my first attempt with a three finger trace from my own hand.

This was a result of Matrices public design on her tutorial for hands. Some fine tuning needs to be done bit now that I have a base for the hands, time to perfect it and break in my new machine :)

The method Matrices uses for pads was an interesting one and for me, speedy and super effective. It may use abit more matieral but its nothing to fret over.
Basically you 'square out' the pad onto fabric then trace out the pattern onto the paw. Sew it down then flip it over and cut along the seam, then once that's done, you latinstitch over your straight stitch and done!

If you were able to follow any of that then you see why her way can be faster and only as accurate as your hand-eye concentration is steady :3
