i started playing metroid prime for the first time now that i'm not tiny and afraid of it and so many of the creatures have some sort of bioluminescence and last night this guy was born! (yes i did use the same body base as the chibi of shiloh it was 3am)

he has little squishy pockets on all over his body that can, through chemical reactions, produce light. he has great eyesight, but even the best eyes need a little light to work off of. in addition he has a very sharp, scythe-like tail that actually has some sort of it's own sentience and can move and see on it's own which is great if something's coming up from behind. He also has little skin flaps that allow him to glide for short distances. I might call them Reapers or something cool like that.

and a collar because why not
