Put in about 8 hours of work on the guy today, and this is what he looks like now. I used the same pattern pieces for the head foam as I did for the fur covering, and they fit quite nicely after some trimming down. The muzzle fur is the same as the rest of the head, only shaved down to give it a different color and texture. The muzzle fur is also the only fur currently glued into place; the ears and the rest of the head are just pinned down for now.

The lighting made the fur look more gray than brown, but trust me, he's a nice brown grizzly-type of color.
