Thunder Egg Geodes from my Sculpture Teacher 2

My sculpture teacher at my college collects a ton of rocks, a lot of the rocks he collects are unopened geodes. With permission, I took some from him (he needed to get rid of some) and cut it open myself. I used the big saw at my local Lapidary society to cut them open and they were Thunder Eggs. Thunder Eggs have these pockets in them that had water in them that helped form the colors and the shape the inside of it. A lot of thunder eggs have a outer brown with inner dark blue color but they can have variety basing on where they are mined from (different minerals and chemicals changes the compound and makeup of stones).
