"So when I was looking through my faceting folder I found the first pic. That is Fis, well was Fis anyway. It was my first idea of him and my original idea form him was that he was going to be a husky that just seems to be always smiling while everything else I have for him now (being a host of a public access channel, wanting to be worshiped, etc.). But I felt like him being a dog just didn’t match. Not sure why but I just didn’t think his personality matched his look. Changing him to the little angry imp we know today. I really liked the husky design so I decided to make him into a character that could compliment Fis. So I created Gim, a freckled toon husky who becomes Fis’ cohost because Fis was loosing ratings and felt forced to hired someone to be his sidekick. Gim is very much the opposite of Fis. He loves being friends with others, cares about other people, is humble, and genuinely likes being around Fis seeing him has his best friend. Fis hates his guts because Gim gets more attention than he does and fans tend to prefer him. Fis will try to hurt or kill Gim but much to his annoyance fails at it."
Parts of the canon have changed, Gim is Fis's best friend now. Fis doesn't really care for Gim but he doesn't have anyone else. Fis lives with Gim and they go out and get various odd jobs together. Gim is still a super nice person.
