This is an old piece of the antihero (at the time was made to be a supervillain) The Smiling Jester. His ability is illusions. He can create duplicates of himself, make optical illusions that involve eye strain colors, and so fourth. His design is based on a mix of a jester and executioner. He is the assistant of The Cold Executioner (another super villain). Most don't seem to understand what is goals are and he never really specifies as well. Some think he is a villain for fun or maybe he has a really deep plan that he is not letting others know so others can't get in his way.

I want to draw him again someday because his design is fun and I have stuff developed for him story wise that I don't want to make public yet. Plus, some things have changed such as he isn't a super villain anymore. He is now an antihero and same with The Cold Executioner.
