You play any of the Monster Hunter games?

I haven’t, since many are multiplayer-focused and I don’t play online, but everyone I know loves the series. And I read the one manga Hiro Mashima (Fairy Tail & Rave Master) did about the series, so I have a general idea what it is and does. :)

I don't play online either and I have only played MH Stories and MH World, I really like the monster designs even if most of my fav monsters kick my ass when I fight em lol

Monster Hunter games can be completed both offline and online :) the games let you create customisable A.I. allies to help you in hunts to make up for it.

That’s pretty helpful. I mean A.I. companions are generally useless in many games (like the Max Raids in Pokémon Sword/Shield)….it would be hard to rely on that kind of A.I. in a heavy-hitting game like Monster Hunter. :)

Yeah, well in Monster Hunter all the A.I. really has to do is add to your damage, but you can also customize them to focus on healing or trapping monsters too :) also the A.I. in Sword/Shield are intentionally awful to promote online play, Monster Hunter isn't like that.
