Messing around with markers and mixing stuff, I used some POSCA pens here and there. I was kinda inspired by Goosebump covers, mostly the blob that ate everyone.

Same, the colours are so smooth. Much smoother than some other markers I tried, they are cheap markers cos I can't afford the fancy ones lol

Yeah, I had to build up my marker collection slowly by getting color themed sets on sale or using coupons at the art store……takes a long time to build up the variety that way! :D
But there are companies trying to make cheaper-but-quality markers…..there’s a brand called Azure that’s about half the price of Copics and I’ve seen them sold at Wal-Mart and Target. They’re fairly decent, too. Even Crayola has put out what they call a “professional set”…..they’re okay, too. :)

The worst part about the cheap markers that are actually pretty good and in decent price range is they seem to vanish over night and you're left there like 'well what the hell do I do now?!'

That’s true. There was a brand I saw pop up at Wal-Mart last year and I’ve never seen them ever again. @_@
