Mona Lisa was one of the last good Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures did back in the early 90s. ( '93 to be precise ). Her back kinda looks like it may have a turtle shell behind her swimsuit or whatever you call that get-up... but she's some sort of fishy-newt thing I think. I've always liked her though.
