When the romans invaded the far north they found a very pale barbaric people. while barbaric on the surface, their way of furniture building and manual writing was considered some of the most easily understandable across the known world.

This was widely copied by the romans for their own communications. This specific fragment have been from an ancient sort of public newspaper, seems to have been from the "personals" section.
