Saberfire finished up my brand new LED hula hoop the night before we left for ESG, and I love it!

It's sound reactive, and responds to the music frequency by brightness, cycling colors and patterns. He build the control board himself, and the code was custom written by a friend of ours. It's filled with 30+ lithium batteries so it'll run for around 6hrs before needing a recharge, and has 212 individually addressable LEDs! It also collapses down to 2' diameter so I can carry it onto an airplane and bring it anywhere.
