I've made this a while ago. The cupcake and tea are pretty small so it was a quick, fun project to do. :)

-Size 'F' hook
-Red Heart yarn
-Stuffing
-Needle and Thread
-Fabric Glue
-Small beads (for eyes and sprinkles on cupcake)
