Lately I've been experimenting with casting resin. I haven't perfected it yet, but I'm learning a lot. This is the latest thing I've cast, the Waterwraith from Pikmin 2. The resin is a bit bubbly and cloudy, but overall I'm happy with it. The body, arms and legs were cast separately. If you give it a little push it rolls on its own :)

Thanks! Yeah, they're pretty annoying- whenever I play Pikmin 2 I usually make 2 passes at the Submerged Castle (collecting 1 or 2 pieces of treasure per level on each run) so I can get to the next level before it shows up.

They used to scare me so bad when I was little. I have pikmin2 but my memcard corrupted so I can't get to the submerged castle saddly. I hated how the final boss was one of those things tho man. The reward is soooo worth it though.

Those things where the bane of my existance UGH. This looks really cool though ! Those bubbles give it a really watery look. I don't honestly remember what they looked like in regards to color because I always thought they where purple.
