Looks like Kraken here has found himself petrified and made into a nice stone Gyarados naga fountain! Did he pose for this willingly? Did he perhaps find a cursed trident, and did its curse pose him, or was he frozen in the middle of acting out a grandiose scene with it?

You could try asking him, but, well, statues don't talk; if this one could, all he could say with that water running through his maw would be "glub glub". Whatever may be behind his little petrification predicament, there's no denying he looks damn good like this~
