Top sketch is Cipher harassing my poor nervous Dogwatch. Dogwatch belongs in my Dras Guile headworld, where Cipher would be classed as a level 4 Leviathan cOSMOS unit (there are 5 levels to each classification. Dogwatch is a level 2 Eldritch. Leviathan and Eldritch rarely make it to level 2 before they're hunted down by a high-level Hierophant like Multriarch)
