This dump is compiled of sooooo many sketches from the past year I did of my OC Bansou and characters and concepts that have to do with his “universe” or story (which I’m calling Frost and Feathers for now. I’m writing a book featuring him and all of the characters shown here, though I’m not sure how much of that I will share here.

I’m glad to finally be able to share this, since I’ve had the sketches sitting and waiting for so long. I’ll try to be brief in explaining most of the sketches, since there are a ton of them, aha.

Sketches
(by row [light/dark strips], left to right, top to bottom)

The top and second rows feature some of the oldest sketches on the sheet with Bansou’s old design from early last year featured. (I accidentally added a few sketches that I’d already posted, whoops) It also has a couple with his more up-to-date design.
The third and fourth rows feature a concept for Bansou that would be his “mid transformation,” if he were able to stop and control it that way. Features a few more doodles with him, plus his dear friends Mahk and Ixchel, who have changed a lot from their original designs, drawn in a cartoony style (also Ixchel’s jaguar form at far left). At the very end, I added in the main antagonist in Bansou’s story: General Marx.He’s a real bag of dicks.
Fifth row has Bansou’s friend and cellmate Jasper the harpy. He doesn’t have wings, but he does have a feathered bottom half and bird feet. Aisling, a kitsune hybrid, is the lady with the nifty vest and fox form. She’s a friend of Bansou and Jasper. Both her and Jasper are transgender. Their sketches are followed by more of Bansou, with the depressed-looking one being the most recent sketch out of all of them on the sheet.
Sixth and seventh rows have some more sketches of Aisling (the first concepts, actually), plus a sketch of young Bansou, and at the start is his half-sister Kira in her 1/3-transformed form (because she can go all the way to looking like a human, unlike Ban).
Eighth row has Kira at the start again, with her 1/3-transformed form and a concept for her dragon form (which still needs work). An older sketch of Bansou in his early 2015 design is shown blasting ice breath. Following his sketch is a quick doodle of Ixchel riding Mahk’s early design for her akhlut form.
Ninth and tenth rows hold more old art of Mahk and Bansou in their earlier designs of the year, plus some sketches of Ixchel and her jaguar form. Thrown in is also a concept for Haneda, Bansou’s mother who is mostly harpy but has some human in her. At the very end is a sketch of Bansou in a uniform (a “super hero” one) because I’d wanted to throw him in a Deviantart group for super heroes, but I realized I don’t have time for any of that, ahah. Still liked the concept, so idk, maybe it’ll be an AU.
Eleventh row has more Ixchel sketches as I got more comfortable with how she looks. There’s also the most recent iteration of Mahk at the end.
Twelfth row has a lineup of some of the main cast in Frost and Feathers. Left to right: Heinrich, Ixchel, Mahk, Bansou, Aisling, and Jasper. At the end are some sketches with Mahk (also her in her wolf form), plus a couple of Aisling.
And finally, the last two rows are just some doodles which don’t really have to do with Frost and Feathers but I like them anyways. blacktailwolf ’s Rorshak and Bansou as babies; some stylized doodles of Ban’s dragon form; and an off-size Elian (belonging to TornTethers ) with Bansou, who doesn’t seem to mind seeing such an odd creature.
