Surprise, surprise! I didn't make any 'consistency' changes to Wigglytuff! I did find out yesterday that Jigglypuff apparently just...vanished...from the series for whatever reason though. :( WHY WE NO GET A SENSE OF FINALITY FOR THAT PLOT HUH?
