Old fan art that I did way back in 2004 (wow, nearly 10 years ago), of a character I always thought looked good. Was done in an experimental style I was trying at the time, where I started at the feet (which I drew oversized) and made my way up from there. Didn't actually include feet in this particular one as... I am not sure.

Hey wow, that's an oldschool Neo! It is an older character face that I no longer use these days, but that doesn't make me any less thankful for the art. Thank you for the picture and the nostalgia I have for this old silly character. Mwah!
