Add noodles to boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain
and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Chop the parsley, garlic, ginger, and shallot finely.
Slice the serrano, green pepper, crimini and zucchini
into bite size pieces.
Bring fish stock to boil. Add grasshoppers. Reduce heat
and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Drain, season with chili salt
and set aside.
Fry the parsley, garlic, ginger and shallots in a couple
tablespoons of olive oil. Add the rest of the veggies and
toss with a little hoisin sauce and honey to taste. Squeeze
half a lime over everything.
Add the rice noodles and grasshoppers. Toss to coat. Heat
