I used to go to a summer camp on Anna Maria Island (in Florida) when I was around 1st grade age through the summer of 4th grade. We went to the beach ALL of the time since it was within walking distance of the community center that the camp was held in, and I'd always be alone making sandcastles or going into the water and letting the waves wash me back ashore.
