There is something extremely haunting about the mouth and the teeth and I can't quite put my finger on what it is. Maybe it's just how colourless and dead the inside of the mouth looks? Whatever it is, I love it.

It looks amazing! I love that little glow that comes from the eyes, I've seen it (well something similar) in other areas as well. I'm not sure what it's called or anything but I'm highly fond of it.

The only thing I think could be improved would be the glow around the moon. What I do when I want a glow is I put a layer behind the item that's glowing, "alpha to selection" then grow the selection by a specific number (bigger the glow I want, the bigger number I use). I then use "Gaussian blur" on a higher settings until it fades how I like (program I use has a preview window). Could also lower the opacity of the "glow" layer afterwards to make it softer if desired.

I forgot to add, between glowing and gaussian blur. After you grow the selection, fill it with the color you want, then select all. Then you move on to the gaussian blur step.
