As the title states above these characters are free. However, there are some terms and conditions that the new owners must follow.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The characters' design can be changed as many times as the owner pleases. However, the owner must never change the butterfly tail colors.

2. All the characters' info such as name, age, gender, etc. Will all be up to the owner.

3. On the first art work of the character(s) the owner must give me credit for being the creator of it.

4. If the new owner no longer wishes to keep their OC then they must either give it away for free or return it to me. The owner is NOT allowed to sell these OCs under any reason.
