After a day of work, I finally have a presentable application! This program is called TimidityFE, short for TiMidity++ Front End! It creates a GUI for users who don't want to deal with command lines. This was created with Code::Blocks, and GTK, and written in C, so if you want to compile from source, you will probably need them.
I don't know exactly how Linux deals with executables, but, if you navigate to TimidityFE/bin/Release/, you can find the compiled executable.
FEATURES:
Play MID, KARIOKE, MOD files
Convert files to .WAV, .SF, .AIFF, .OGG, .FLAC, and convert .MOD to .MID
SETUP:
Before you run TimidityFE, install TiMidity++:
sudo apt-get install timidity
DOWNLOAD:
V0.1 (Current)
Enjoy!
Compiled in Linux Mint 15
