Your Stryx has successfully laid a clutch of eggs, but none of them hatch. Draw your handler's reaction to realizing they've produced an unfertilized clutch as their Stryx attempts to warm the eggs.

Zarya entered the shelter slowly since she didn’t want to wake up Mist, but she greeted her rider by rising her head up a bit and squinting her big green eyes. Zarya climbed on the soft giant cushion she sew for her dragon to use as nest when she finally managed to lay a clutch of eggs a bunch of weeks ago and Mist gave her a small peck on the shoulder. “Good girl!” Zarya said while giving her a dead rat as snack “Can I take a look at your eggs?”. The dragon lifted her body and wing to let her rider check the eggs and take one, then rested her head on the big pillow and went back to nap. The egg was warm, unsurprisingly since the Stryx barely left them alone for more than a couple of hours at most, and Zarya felt her heartbeat rising as she lifted it against the twilight sun. During their last conversation Roxanne said that after all this time you should be able to see if the eggs are fertile or not by doing so and the idea of seeing the small forming dragon in that egg was exciting. But nothing was there. Zarya thought it must have been a mistake due to the sun being not strong enough, but as the sunlight grew stronger Zarya had to face the horrible truth that the egg she was holding will never become a majestic grown dragon. She thought that maybe the other eggs would be fertile, but each one was the same as the others. Heartbrokenly she looked at Mist with lucid eyes, knowing that it would probably devastate her, and decided to go ask her friend for suggestions.
