Difret Degwesk, no longer an old sketch! No longer associated with Star Wolf, either. She and her version of Star Wolf vanished from the Lylat system without a trace in February 3040, only to return in April of the same year with a new name: Dire Wolf. This clears up confusion with the other Star Wolf run by Val O'Donnell. They still bicker enthusiastically anytime they are within range of one another.

Difret is the fiery and melodramatic leader of Dire Wolf within the setting of Second Life's alternate-universe Star Fox RP, Etoile Galaxy. Dire Wolf is bombastic and borderline antagonistic, acting as a Team Rocket expy without being outright evil. They claim the Lylat system as their turf and are most often found harassing rival gangs, pirates, and other legitimately destructive groups. They're always at odds with Star Fox, carrying plenty of verbal antagonism but nothing physical (usually). Etoile Galaxy (as of 2021) takes place 127 years after Star Fox Command. Years progress in real-time.

She is part of a race of ringtail cats known as Pacahtuks, much like Sujet. In fact, she is his direct cousin. They are not native to the Lylat system.

"Smug little Star Fox, always grandstanding but never doing more than basic mercenary work. Sip that coffee, Bart, and know that your betters regard you with pitying eyes. [background crashing noises, alarms] SUJET! Get back in containment and stop glitching out the laws of physics! Wait DON'T TOUCH THAT- [explosion and static]"
