Otters are one of my favourite critters to design. I love their spherical jowls, noodly tubular shapes they share with ferrets and weasels.
I didn't design this one, but had fun still, otters are cute c:

As I was drawing it I worked on colors last and one of my "friend" admitted he thought the tongue was a pair of buck teeths.
We're not friends anymore. /s
