Gosh this picture was such a pain to finished, and I’ve been working so much that it took twice as long as it should have (even with all of the issues I was having with it.)

Anywho Finally My character Daniel is redesigned. The main difference between this new updated version and his previous incarnation is that I made his hair wavy instead of straight and instead of the tips of his hair being black, I made the underside black (I’ll write the change into the story in book two of TBD) I also toned down how yellow his hair is and made it more of a wheat blondish color as I thought the mustard yellow color I had been using was too strong/ cartoonish.

There are A LOT of things I had to fix in this picture between the official sketch and this finished piece, (mostly to do with his face shape, eye shape, neck length) and there are things I ment to fix but forgot to. (such as I feel like his left arm is at an weird angle and the lines on the wall are a little off) but over all I'm pretty happy with this picture. I love his new look and I feel like this picture really captures the playful/ happy part of Daniel's personality
