Une the Shadow Elemental is a Seer from the.. well.. the Elemental Plane of Shadow. Meaning it can manipulates the shadows of the minds of mortals and gods of the Multiverse to cause fear. It's hands don't actually exist. IT GOT NO ARMS. Instead it will bend the shadow that makes up it's body to form shadowy claw like hands that can grip and attack.
