This is Tempest Shadow. Her real name is Fizzlepop Berrytwist. LOL That name is not as intimidating when your trying to be a villain. I can see why she chose to go with Tempest Shadow instead.
I haven't seen the movie yet, but really love the look of the character and her colors. I just had to draw her. @@
I didn't want to go with the traditional mlp art style, so instead I tried to go for something a bit more realistic. I also didn't draw her armor because I was lazy. ¯_(ツ)/¯
