I get surprisingly little of my own avatar pregnant, compared to just grabbing the "species du jour" my fickle and mercurial moods have settled on for that day. So here's the otter in question, very content and enjoying his situation. The current body dye job is "coyote," as suggested by my friend Deko at the time of commissioning.
