The activity that Cath adores more than anything is putting on pajamas, watching movies and relaxing on the couch, eating ice cream late at night.
But these nights are so relaxing that she doesn't realize how much pot of ice cream she is going to eat throughout the evening, until she realizes in the morning with discouragement, she who wants to lose weight.
