This is the Heroic fantasy version of Saber.
He masters ice magic as he pleases. For example, he can create blades of ice that will use as a sword to fight in a stealthy and fast way.

Of course, he has a sword on his back, but he only uses it when he has used up all his mana.

Saber looks so cool and badass in this outfit. :3
