This is Nimnanion, 'Nim' for short. He's an old Tundra dragon and old friend to Kaya's mother as well as unofficial baby sister of Kaya and Arwen. Known as Uncle Nimmie or Uncle Nom-nom by Arwen.

I have a drawing in mind of all three of them.
I'm looking into a name for Kaya's mother as well.
