Oiled Adversaries

-Before matches begin the pehlivans ("wrestlers" or "heroes") oil their bodies with a mixture of olive oil and water so that they can endure the heat of the day in a bout which until modern times was fought without a time limit.-

"Just wanna know when I trounce you, no hard feelings, yeah?"

"Ha, you're funny little brother. I'll be sure to find a nice spot of grass for you to relax in after I pin your ass."

"Bring it on, just because you're a 'little' bigger than doesn't give you that much of an advantage."

Ah, here we have Tyson and Rokko preparing each other for a little Turkish oil wrestling (They aren't turkish sure but, thats only a technicality really.) I have grown pretty fond of this sport and not for the reasons you might think. The sportsmanship that goes along with it is impressive and something you aren't likely to see in some more modern sports....Plus its totally legal strategy to jam your hand down another guy's pants.
