This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite characters I have ever gotten to design! This guy was made for Splash and will become a costume one day!!! He will also totally rock some sunglasses.
My guidelines were neon 90's therapod based dinosaur with some other tiny specifications but I had pretty much 99.9% free range on this guy so it was REALLY FUN!!!
