This is a feathery blue dragon that I auctioned off in June! This guy didn't win anything in the contest: https://www.weasyl.com/submission/159430/character-design-contest-blue-dragon and I was told I could use the rest if I wanted and didn't win. I changed his head so that he didn't match NM's character and made him a whole new guy!

He now belongs to Pinyin, but he is still nameless. XD
