Lunchbreak by Nomax

Lunchbreak

Nomax

Commission done for McWatt (on FA) , thank you very very much!

Wooo, the first non-Utunu or Nomax based African wild dog i got to draw! :D
Pretty straightforward painting as well, just enjoying a nice and pleasant lunchbreak, nothing really out of the ordinary for me apart from the modern clothing which isn't something i get to do very often, so that was a nice little area to jump into and learn a few bits here and there.

Wow. This is fantastic. From the thumbnail, I thought it was a photograph..!

      Thank you!

Again, the charming big eared fellow. Indulging in a Subway sandwich and Starbucks coffee.
It looks very life-like, almost as if it's a photograph of a man wearing a suit.

But one question do i have, how does the helmet work with those aforementioned big ears?

There really isn't an great solution to it, but basically they simply bend underneath it. The OSHA helmets usually got a bit of free room between the cushioning and hard plastic part, so the thought is to just have them slip inbetween there.
But, yeah, helmets would be a bitch in an anthropomorphic world, since you can't just cut out pieces like you can with hats or hoodies!

        Lucky reptiles!

Haha yep! They'll absolutely have the easiest time! Bird too! Birds might have it even easier with generally a more rounded head compared to reptiles so i think they could wear the helmets we've got not pretty easily.
