Regina died.
Well, her body did. She got a new one and had her consciousness moved over. Her new chassis is based off the SINE concept. This is part of an ongoing commission I have with EC Major, he's been working on the colors on and off when he has time.
There's an enormous story behind all this, I'll write it up sometime in her character page.
