Time for the coloured batch. And yes, fire away once more because this is an example of how I colour a picture when I’m uncertain. When I wanna see how it looks at base to decide whether to polish it up. That’s right – I literally just fill-tool it! At least I don’t use paint, but I acknowledge that this it’s a pretty rough method compared to everything else at my disposal. But it’s quick, and often effective on my end before the legit process gets underway.

So lets see what we’ve got here.

• There’s Theo, which it’s a shame how shoddy how most of his stuff looked to me. Least I got an opportunity to show him off with one of his favourite weapons here.

• Androth and Kadra next, the latter of whom I sadly didn’t seem to polish.

• And oh boy. This is another maybe-canon-maybe-not look for Malik, his kingly attire essentially. I couldn't resist the quote. The hiding of the face might be unnecessary, I know. It seems pretty easy for people to nail it on who this guy is in the plot. Still, I’ll keep it for an official reveal.

• Ricky there, in both human and Kanyan form! The human one’s one of the first I did and kinda embarrassing. Although It’s a shame I never got to polishing the other. As similar as it is to Hara, I’ve always liked how Ricky turned out as a Kanyan. And this is only a starter anyway; I planned on giving him a much more unique look deeper in.

• Benita’s looking kinda sexy, ain't she boys? I won’t even try to explain this one yet! But it’s for real! :3

• Next guy’s a new character, and yes: I have a hyena race of Kanyans I haven’t gotten to yet! This design’s very unpolished so I cant say it’s great to go off for an example of them, but Barda here is, unfortunately, the only one I have right now. Despite looking very background character-ish, he’s actually an incredibly integral character, and I should work on him more when I get the chance.

• Well what do you know? I get to show off some more Zotal besides Kelly! All three characters are canon and at the time their names were Xiuh, Xolotl and Balcoh, respectively. I think only the middle one will get a name change, but only if I find a suitable replacement. Incidentally he’s my favourite. He’s off putting for a Kanyan leader, very boisterous and playful for his age and not as much a stick-in-the-mud like the other leaders have a tendency to be. Which earns both favour and ire in equal amounts. The other two I wont say much about for now, other then to say both heroic and both vying for Kelly’s favour. As you can imagine, they don’t get along very well with each-other.

Bout all I can say for this one, I think.
