I'm on my back,

looking at the clouds.

They are floating,

free in the wind.

Staring into nothingness,

I wonder in my mind.

How it would be,

to be floating myself.

I would go to faraway places,

see the wonders of the world.

Explore the farthest corners,

propelled by a gust of air.

In my daydream I imagine,

me flying around like a bird.

When a sudden drop of rain,

makes me fall back to earth.
