Yakko was where first my eyes caught onto since he naturally is the tallest and most noticeable as the only character in this picture to not be acting absent minded and directing his attention to somebody else, in this case, Wakko. Since Wakko is the middle child and not Yakko, doesn't that make the title of your piece a bit misleading? if you put Wakko in the center and maybe have Dot look in his direction too, that might bring more focus on Wakko, and thus make the title of your piece politically accurate.

Other than that though, this is very nicely drawn and is very authentic and true to the Animaniacs artist style. Very nice job.

Oh, thank you for the comment! The title is just in reference to Wakko being the wacko middle kid (which, you probably know, was also an occasional joke in the series) not the composition. You're right in that putting him in the center would have given the picture more than one meaning, and it's funny that you mention it, because in the original sketch he was actually between his siblings!

When I first started drawing this piece, Yakko was the one leading and Dot closing the line. I also had an alternate one where Yakko was the last in line but still keeping his attention on Wakko in front of him (Dot, like here, was leading). I don't remember why I started playing around with the order they're lined up, but this one looked funniest to me and here's why: like you pointed out, Dot and Wakko are both absent minded, so having Yakko in the middle, puts him in a less favorable position, as both of his siblings could potentially run off in different directions (not that I see Yakko as a parental figure, but it makes sense for him to be attentive). So, in my head he's closely following Dot, while keeping an eye on Wakko, to make sure he doesn't start walking backwards, or do some other weird thing. X)

I also thought it made the title tricky, since it's obviously not about Yakko. In the end it's only misleading to those who aren't familiar with the characters, so I figured it wouldn't be a problem.

      Thanks again!
