Visual references only for these base prices. Any commission that does not have a visual guide for me to work with will be treated as character design. An hourly rate will be used to flesh out your character. This time includes any and all text you require me to read and any and all revisions you require me to make. After you give your approval, THEN i will work on the characters formal artwork at the base price you were interested in.

so in a nut shell, this is how it works: character design (hours X $20) + Commission Base Price (based on the price guide) = your artworks total
