This was a bit of gift art for Little_Rascle on a discord server I'm on. I wanted to make them a custom character and when they said they like neopets, bam! Oh how the nostalgia hits~ I was on there for so long. I remember when the adorable xweetoks got added though I've never drawn them before. It was fun to play with this. ^_^

Also, for not having a ton of experience with clothes, I gotta say, I'm pretty dang happy with the suit. And not just because everyone likes a nice suit. I'm glad for the excuse to practice it but also glad it turned out so well. ^_^
