Yes, they are twins, despite the fact that one is shiny.

These two are my Pokemon fan-characters, Katana and Scimitar. I have also drawn them in Pawniard, it was very funny.

Besides being shiny, the blade on Scimitar's head is very damaged, and those since he was a Pawniard (This is primarily because he protected his sister from the violence of his father, and took the slash which were for her).

The twins are often arguing, since they evolved into Bisharp. This is specific to that species of Pokemon, but it is also due to Katana 's wickedness and aggressivity.
