I just wanted to draw my Pokemon-fancharacter Akira the ceruledge, using the terastal phenomenon. And, yes, I make this a bit different, instead of drawing just a gem on their head, I decided to draw the phenomenon on all their body, like a jewel armor. And the fact that Akira tera-type is dragon, is a nod to my dragon-sona, Carol.
