(... "Year of the Water Tiger, to be more precise!)
To celebrate this occasion, I chose to draw on the theme of Pokemon, in ukiyo-e style. I will not be very original here, I just choosed to draw Raikou, because it is one of my favorite pokemon and favorite legendary, and it looks like a tiger. Also, I draw it in water, to symbolize this element, in compagny of a Magikarp.
