Was making this beast.
Using really shitty clay...
BUT WHAT CAN YA DO?

I attended Toronto's Anime North Convention for the first time last weekend. So I cosplayed fem!dean...mark of cain/demon version :P 

This is the first blade that causes him to go on a crazy killing spree and turning all demon in the show. 
I made this with Crayola Air Dry clay, painted it with cheap walmart acrylic paints, wrapped the handle with swede from the dollar store, and glazed it using a mix of both dollarstore clear glue and clear nail polish xD (The nail polish worked a lot better..didn't dry sticky like the glue did..which caused some of the paint to peel off in areas)

I did end up breaking it  before the con..I don't know what I was trying to do, ugh, guess I got excited and ended up dropping it. The blade received a few cracks, which is fine cause it adds a more realistic look to it, but the handle fell off ;A;
Luckily the clay was still soft (also a stupid mistake of mine..I'm very impatient when it comes to sculpture) so I just pried two chopsticks into it, and so far it seems to be holding fairly well. 

But otherwise, I'm really happy with the result
