I came across a prompt on tumblr that allows users to ask for a character drawn in a specific colour palette. Such an awesome way to get me practicing with different colours that I usually don't use in my work, as well as different characters all together

So this is the Mad Hatter, from Alice In Wonderland drawn with palette 12.
