This year I'll be dealing at Furnal Equinox 2014, Toronto ON.
And what I'd be willing to do, is take pre-orders for badges where customers can stop by in person to pick up their ready to wear badges.

*Note badges are also available to those unable to attend the con, but I will not be laminating them and sending to you via mail. You will be receiving a digital file instead.

Basically you're getting all that prep work for free if you visit in person c:

These will be open throughout the whole month of February, paypal only, paying in full before hand, and I'll be doing my best to complete them in a reasonable amount of time.

As for pick up dates, I don't think I'll be arriving til late Friday since I have late classes that day (And the den will be closed by then)..but Saturday and Sunday will be a for sure.
