Watching over the city streets and dispensing 20Kw justice in a λ=460nm package :V

Gubbz, who is on DA but I forget his name on there, drew this too because we're bros. Came out pretty awesome, he was messing around with the lighting and water a lot and it worked out pretty great.

I was going to immediately favorite this but had to stop and think as you put down lambda. At a wavelength of 460nm it fires blue-purple light in the visible spectrum but with 20kW (Kw isn't a unit I recognize per SI, so I might have confused it) I don't think it would hurt someone as much as it probably should. In that if it's used for vigilante purposes I'd imagine 80kW would be a good minimum (Depending on time of beam's contact and the irradiance/how spread the beam is.) as well as needing proper PPE (despite the goggles the university hands out do nothing) from knowing Planck's constant unless a villian has armour made out of the mirrors they use in FTIR machines it's likely going to get superhot and ionized, and even worse if the fight takes place in Space (space sharks!) with the Beer-Lambert Law you won't have the density of atmosphere.

The image is gorgeous for it's focus on environmental details, but I think the off-set perspective works well given the subject matter of questionable heroes as it gives off a German Expressionist feel. With the pale blues and ambiance it's pretty monochrome like the 30s films were.
